This workshop builds on and extends the concepts explored in Inclusive Trauma Informed Practice: Using the Creative Process**.
We all have values and thus we all hold bias. Investigate how implicit bias impacts and affects children in Early Years Settings. How can we use silence as a strategy to give room for compassion? Using the Best Practice made in BC “ELF” (Early Learning Framework) as a lens, we can both reflect on our practice and consider the pedagogy of listening through small group exercises and discussions.
