InterGenNS (North Shore)

Registration for this workshop is closed. Please email us to be added to the waitlist.

Cross-generational connection has been shown to have a considerably positive effect on well-being, by actively reducing ageism and social isolation.

Learn how InterGenNS, an innovative program with North Shore Community Resources in North Vancouver, is creating an intergenerational (IG) Hub for their community. InterGenNS is a collaborative network model that promotes intergenerational connection, supports IG programming and initiatives and brings together key community players to work toward a more inclusive and connected community. Co-facilitators of InterGenNS, Yola and Caitlyn, will share their experience in coordinating this unique model and weaving IG connection into daily life on the North Shore.
