Strengthening Parent-Tween Relationships
Our newly revised My Tween and Me Leader’s Guide provides all of the materials, activities, background information and additional resources that program leaders need to deliver the program in their communities.
The My Tween and Me Program is designed for families with children ages seven to 12 to strengthen parents’ confidence to guide their children in the transition to adolescence. The program includes eight sessions with key points and learning objectives on topics such as healthy development, family relationships, effective communication and discipline and peer relationships.
The most significant change is that the program is now designed to be delivered to both parents and tweens. This guide includes suggestions for how and when to include tweens and how to adapt sessions based on the number and ages of the tweens.
This guide is only available to My Tween and Me Leaders. You will receive a free webinar outlining key changes in the program and tips for implementing it with purchase.
